Pricing
Fixed prices, quoted before the work starts. You'll know what it costs before I begin, and the number doesn't move unless you change what you're asking for.
What each service costs

How it works
- We talk. Free — a call or a visit.
- I quote it. A fixed price for a defined job. If the job isn't clear yet, I'll propose a paid assessment first and credit it against the work.
- Half up front, half on delivery.
- 30 days of free support after it goes live, covering anything that isn't working the way we agreed.
After launch
After the first 30 days, you've got two options.
As needed — $110/hour, one-hour minimum for remote work, two-hour minimum on site.
Or a care plan, which costs less per hour and includes monitoring, so problems are caught early:

Hours don't roll over. No long contracts — cancel with 30 days' notice.
Travel
On-site work is included anywhere within 30 miles of Traverse City. Beyond that there's a flat $75 trip charge, told to you up front.
You own everything
Your accounts are yours. When a project needs a subscription — a platform, hosting, a store — I set it up in your name with your payment method on it and take access as a collaborator. At handover you get a one-page list of every account, what it's for, what it costs, and who it's billed to.
You own the domain and the code from day one. If I host your site and you decide to stop, I move it to your own account and it keeps running. The monthly fee covers monitoring and changes, not access to your own site.
